Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rodolfo Lain got the match started through his kick off. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Vitor Roque took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Cortez Obispo to make any attempt to save it. Evelio Enaut hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Cortez Obispo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Valido in the 9th minute of the match. When GD Almargense's Vitor Roque in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sportivo Mela Banco's goalie prevented a goal. 14 minutes into the match, Sportivo Mela Banco's goalkeeper Cortez Obispo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leandro Soeiro. After 14 played minutes Sportivo Mela Banco got a freekick which was hit by Denis Edur. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Mela Banco's zone, Igor Matanović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cortez Obispo came out of the goal and Igor Matanović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Domingo Torres fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sportivo Mela Banco's protests and gave Domingo Torres a yellow card for diving instead. Domingo Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Leandro Soeiro could shoot a difficult shot in the 23rd minute, which Cortez Obispo however easily saved by the left post. Cortez Obispo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitor Roque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cortez Obispo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vitor Roque's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Vitor Roque's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cortez Obispo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Leandro Soeiro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vitor Roque in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cortez Obispo saved Sportivo Mela Banco from getting behind. GD Almargense's Abílio Aveiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Torres in the 41st minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Sportivo Mela Banco's goal looked a bit too open when Vitor Roque came free, but Cortez Obispo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Igor Matanović had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cortez Obispo. Sportivo Mela Banco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Matanović was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vitor Roque was the one to do the kick off. Cortez Obispo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Soeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. When GD Almargense's Vitor Roque in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sportivo Mela Banco's goalie prevented a goal. Cortez Obispo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Matanović in the 52nd minute of play. Cortez Obispo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Soeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 68th minute, Filipe Valido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cortez Obispo came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by GD Almargense's Vitor Roque. But to his dismay, Vitor Roque quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Cayetano Gora kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitor Roque in the 76th minute of play forced Sportivo Mela Banco's goalkeeper Cortez Obispo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Ricardo Pepi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cortez Obispo was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Sportivo Mela Banco's Cortez Obispo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Rodríguez in the 77th minute of play. Sportivo Mela Banco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vitor Roque was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Cortez Obispo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vitor Roque went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Cortez Obispo came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by GD Almargense's Luciano Rodríguez. But to his dismay, Luciano Rodríguez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. There was no doubt that GD Almargense were the better team. GD Almargense's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
