The supporters of Maní FC booed when Jacuitiba - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Chaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Renan Quirino scored 0-3 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Higinio Terciero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renan Quirino in the 20th minute of play forced Maní FC's goalkeeper Higinio Terciero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st match minute, Maní FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Isaio to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Maní FC's goalkeeper Higinio Terciero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gilberto Chaves made a great header on Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's corner, it was just that Maní FC's Higinio Terciero managed to reach the ball for a save. After 24 minutes, Honorio Oriol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maní FC and the Jacuitiba - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Higinio Terciero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinaldo Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Renan Quirino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute Jacuitiba - FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Gilberto Chaves went to the cornerflag to take it. Higinio Terciero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinaldo Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lorenzo Henrico to make the kick off. When Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Renan Quirino in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Maní FC reached it. Thanks to some nice moves Rafael Hoffmann could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which Higinio Terciero however easily saved by the left post. Higinio Terciero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renan Quirino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renan Quirino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Walmyr Torres got a free kick in the 67th minute. Higinio Terciero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renan Quirino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Higinio Terciero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renan Quirino in the 72nd minute. Renan Quirino might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Higinio Terciero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Renan Quirino ran back to his position shaking his head. Higinio Terciero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Renan Quirino's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Gilberto Chaves hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Maní FC's Honorio Oriol got a free kick in the 79th minute. Rafael Hoffmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Higinio Terciero made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renan Quirino in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Higinio Terciero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 85 minutes into the match, Maní FC's goal looked a bit too open when Renan Quirino came free, but Higinio Terciero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Maní FC's Marciano Abajas got a free kick in the 88th minute. Edmílson Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Oriol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
