Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benvide Cercalde in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Maia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tello Picado in the 20th minute of play forced PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's goalkeeper Luís Maia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Maia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benvide Cercalde went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 30th minute, Tello Picado made a precise shot to the right of Luís Maia. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Tello Picado took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Maia. Luís Maia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. In the 35th match minute, RAMBO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Polo Laime to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute, Tello Picado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Maia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Benvide Cercalde might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Maia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benvide Cercalde ran back to his position shaking his head. Luís Maia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tello Picado, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Bebeto Paranaense's late challenge caught a RAMBO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bebeto Paranaense helped the player get up and apologised. Bebeto Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Luís Maia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benvide Cercalde in the 45th minute of play. When Benvide Cercalde fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RAMBO FC's protests and gave Benvide Cercalde a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Benvide Cercalde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benvide Cercalde to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Tello Picado got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 55 minutes into the game, Thiago Alcântara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RAMBO FC the free kick. In the 55th minute, Thiago Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eate Lamota, 56 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 58 minutes into the match, PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's goalkeeper Luís Maia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tello Picado. After 61 minutes of play, RAMBO FC's Tello Picado made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Maia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anastasio Severino took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Maia. Luís Maia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. After 73 played minutes PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Gonçalo Faria. Luís Maia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benvide Cercalde in the 77th minute of play. Benvide Cercalde might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Maia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benvide Cercalde ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 82nd minute, Benvide Cercalde reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luís Maia. The goal made the score 0-10. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benvide Cercalde in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Maia saved PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ from getting behind. Luís Maia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tello Picado went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. After having played for 92 minutes, Anastasio Severino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RAMBO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anastasio Severino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded RAMBO FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ.
