The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dean Ayrton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Warberg FC booed when Disco Inferno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cléberson Veiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lars-Erik Pettersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bradley Gorham in the 13th minute. After having played for 15 minutes, Dean Ayrton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Disco Inferno FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dean Ayrton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute Dean Ayrton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars-Erik Pettersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dakota Coote stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Staffan Bergman's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Bradley Gorham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dakota Coote made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Staffan Bergman in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Staffan Bergman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dakota Coote was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 29 minutes, Humphry Delahide mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Disco Inferno FC and the Warberg FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Adrian Vibjörnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars-Erik Pettersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dean Ayrton, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Olof Enegren hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, Dean Ayrton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The nice shot from Bradley Gorham in the 44thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Lars-Erik Pettersson had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. If Jeremy Todman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ellis Jeffress struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Lars-Erik Pettersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Disco Inferno FC.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Staffan Bergman to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Warberg FC getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Adrian Vibjörnsson hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Warberg FC's zone, Bradley Gorham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lars-Erik Pettersson came out of the goal and Bradley Gorham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Warberg FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! In the 57th minute there was a penalty for Disco Inferno FC. Ellis Jeffress stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lars-Erik Pettersson. 2-1. Lars-Erik Pettersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dean Ayrton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Warberg FC booed when Disco Inferno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ellis Jeffress didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th match minute, Warberg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olof Enegren to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 64 minutes, Dean Ayrton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Disco Inferno FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dean Ayrton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Bradley Gorham sped through Warberg FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lars-Erik Pettersson. After a rather tough play, Warberg FC's Kenneth Öberg got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Disco Inferno FC's Dean Ayrton got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Warberg FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Kenneth Öberg hit a great ball. Lars-Erik Pettersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bradley Gorham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ellis Jeffress took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lars-Erik Pettersson. Lars-Erik Pettersson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. After 85 minutes, Bradley Gorham mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Disco Inferno FC and the Warberg FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Disco Inferno FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Bradley Gorham hit a great ball. Bradley Gorham got his second yellow card in the match during the 97th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 98 played minutes Disco Inferno FC got a freekick which was hit by Bradley Gorham. For all the effort they put into the match, the Warberg FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Disco Inferno FC.
