Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aristides Espírito Santo started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco Pinhal during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 9th minute, Marco Pinhal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Pinhal in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg La Georg saved ACF Fiorentina from getting behind. 16 minutes into the game, Aristides Espírito Santo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. La Georg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manuel Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Cresconio in the 19th minute of play. La Georg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avelino Madruga in the 22nd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, ACF Fiorentina's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Espírito Santo came free, but La Georg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26thth minute of the game Aristides Espírito Santo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ACF Fiorentina's La Georg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Cresconio in the 30th minute of play forced SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Manuel Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st match minute, ACF Fiorentina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Isias to maneuver through the defense. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but La Georg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to SLB TELHA getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Eduardo Santana hit a great ball. ACF Fiorentina's Braulio Cresconio got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half SLB TELHA were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 50 played minutes SLB TELHA got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Guterres. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Espírito Santo in the 52nd minute of play forced ACF Fiorentina's goalkeeper La Georg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristides Espírito Santo in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck La Georg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Lavalle in the 56th minute of play forced SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Manuel Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of ACF Fiorentina booed when SLB TELHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Santana didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Georg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Espírito Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute.
