Paulo Neves was slow to take the kick. During this time Pendotiba's players had a chance to rest. Astral's Radoslaw Miarka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Fernando Esteves in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Borys Skaradowski notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Pendotiba's Ramiro Dias. Ramiro Dias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Radoslaw Miarka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Neves in the 43rd minute of the match. Eugeniusz Bulkiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Borys Skaradowski to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Neves in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radoslaw Miarka saved Astral from getting behind. The supporters of Pendotiba booed when Astral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borys Skaradowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Wit Damaski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Hoffmann struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Radoslaw Miarka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pendotiba. A collision led to Astral getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Eugeniusz Bulkiewicz hit a great ball. Radoslaw Miarka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fernando Esteves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 minutes of play, Pendotiba's Paulo Neves made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radoslaw Miarka was left in no man's land by his defense there! Radoslaw Miarka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Hoffmann in the 88th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, Paulo Neves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pendotiba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Astral the free kick. The supporters of Astral booed when Pendotiba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
