NAPOLI protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Concetto Vianello had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 10th minute, one of S.S.C. Zheng Chao Hui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulvio Patricelli having to interfere. Fulvio Patricelli had in the 30thth minute some difficulties stopping Muammer Urandu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Fulvio Patricelli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Çağan Oğuzman in the 32nd minute. Zheng Chao Hui who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Fulvio Patricelli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Zheng Chao Hui fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ☆☆Pαbɭó Escóbαr☆☆'s protests and gave Zheng Chao Hui a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes ☆☆Pαbɭó Escóbαr☆☆ got a freekick which was hit by Zheng Chao Hui. When Adriano Giannotti fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.S.C. NAPOLI's protests and gave Adriano Giannotti a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes S.S.C. NAPOLI got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Giannotti. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Çağan Oğuzman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çağan Oğuzman in the 54th minute of play forced S.S.C. NAPOLI's goalkeeper Fulvio Patricelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Çağan Oğuzman in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fulvio Patricelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Armando Barone got a free kick in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in S.S.C. NAPOLI's zone, Çağan Oğuzman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fulvio Patricelli came out of the goal and Çağan Oğuzman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fulvio Patricelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çağan Oğuzman, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After 69 minutes of play, ☆☆Pαbɭó Escóbαr☆☆'s Çağan Oğuzman made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fulvio Patricelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 76th minute Çağan Oğuzman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulvio Patricelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. S.S.C. NAPOLI may have spent more time on the ball, but ☆☆Pαbɭó Escóbαr☆☆ were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
