Radowit Jazowski kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 9thth minute of the game Augusto Pardini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SS SuperSonics's Cyprian Podolski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SS SuperSonics's Cyprian Podolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Pardini in the 10th minute of play. Cyprian Podolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domenico Corsi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Tadeusz Radzyminski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvise Castellazzi. Seggiano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tadeusz Radzyminski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Augusto Pardini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cyprian Podolski having to make a save. After 22 minutes, Teobald Zukowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SS SuperSonics and the Seggiano players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the SS SuperSonics defense, Dave Savini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cyprian Podolski. The SS SuperSonics fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cyprian Podolski should have stopped the shot. Marek Hejza's late challenge caught a Seggiano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marek Hejza helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in SS SuperSonics fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! In the 38th minute there was a penalty for Seggiano. Augusto Pardini stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cyprian Podolski. 1-2. When Ercole Ferrante fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seggiano's protests and gave Ercole Ferrante a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SS SuperSonics booed when Seggiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ercole Ferrante didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tadeusz Radzyminski to make the kick off. In the 54th minute SS SuperSonics were awarded a corner. Bogumil Ludwa went to the cornerflag to take it. SS SuperSonics's Bogumil Ludwa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alvise Castellazzi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 62 played minutes SS SuperSonics got a freekick which was hit by Bogumil Ludwa. SS SuperSonics made a substitution. Gucci Gangstad replaced Tadeusz Radzyminski. In the 63rd minute, Bogumil Ludwa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of SS SuperSonics booed when Seggiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlo Pinti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Seggiano's Alvise Castellazzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogumil Ludwa in the 69th minute of play. A collision led to SS SuperSonics getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Iwan Pilitowski hit a great ball. In the 71st minute, Augusto Pardini reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cyprian Podolski. The goal made the score 1-4. Dennis Carosella hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Cyprian Podolski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augusto Pardini's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. SS SuperSonics's Cyprian Podolski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save SS SuperSonics from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Seggiano's Carlo Pinti got a free kick in the 95th minute. Seggiano's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
