After 4 minutes of play, Fire Breathers FC's Lando Ermua made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cyprian Podolski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cyprian Podolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Castells in the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Xeromo Burdeos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Iker Robezo fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fire Breathers FC's protests and gave Iker Robezo a yellow card for diving instead. Iker Robezo hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Cyprian Podolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Castells, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind SS SuperSonics's goalkeeper Cyprian Podolski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bernard Lizarazu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyprian Podolski having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, SS SuperSonics's goal looked a bit too open when Tavio Prus came free, but Cyprian Podolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iker Robezo got his second yellow card in the match during the 47th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Iker Robezo kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match.

Cyprian Podolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tavio Prus in the 54th minute of play. When Tavio Prus came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Fire Breathers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tavio Prus couldn't finish the play. When Fire Breathers FC's Tavio Prus in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SS SuperSonics's goalie prevented a goal. Iwan Pilitowski was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 62 minutes into the match. Cyprian Podolski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tavio Prus showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 69 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Fire Breathers FC's Bernard Lizarazu got a free kick in the 71st minute. Tavio Prus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SS SuperSonics's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Lando Ermua scored to the left of an out of position Cyprian Podolski, making the score, 0-5. Bernard Lizarazu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Teobald Zukowski charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teobald Zukowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Fire Breathers FC booed when SS SuperSonics was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobald Zukowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. SS SuperSonics's Cyprian Podolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tavio Prus in the 94th minute of play. Bernard Lizarazu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Cyprian Podolski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Fire Breathers FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SS SuperSonics throughout the match.
