Waut Vanden Berghe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Falkiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When Ale Dzik came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Queens of Lublin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ale Dzik couldn't finish the play. With a left leg Waut Vanden Berghe saved Twierdza Osowiec from getting behind. After having played for 31 minutes, Ale Dzik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Queens of Lublin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ale Dzik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ale Dzik made a kick off. Zeno Hendrickx's late challenge caught a Queens of Lublin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeno Hendrickx helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Queens of Lublin booed when Twierdza Osowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waut Vanden Berghe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Pop in the 76th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Twierdza Osowiec defense, Ale Dzik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waut Vanden Berghe. The Twierdza Osowiec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waut Vanden Berghe should have stopped the shot. After 97 minutes of play, Queens of Lublin's Ale Dzik made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waut Vanden Berghe was left in no man's land by his defense there!
