The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of RPF Grabarze Olesnica booed when Golden Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdul Rahman Al Youha didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Zbyszko Brysz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RPF Grabarze Olesnica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golden Tigers the free kick. After a rather tough play, RPF Grabarze Olesnica's Zbyszko Brysz got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 8th play minutes Ruud van Nistelrooij shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Fryderyk Awizo and just under the crossbar into goal. Khalaf Kakoli succeeded in the game's 13th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Fryderyk Awizo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdul Rahman Al Youha in the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Ruud van Nistelrooij left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Golden Tigers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. When Stefan Kluczyk fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RPF Grabarze Olesnica's protests and gave Stefan Kluczyk a yellow card for diving instead. 31 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's Abdul Rahman Al Youha broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Fryderyk Awizo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdul Rahman Al Youha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdul Rahman Al Youha scored 0-4 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fryderyk Awizo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Klement Bejgier made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruud van Nistelrooij got free with Fryderyk Awizo in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Golden Tigers's Abdul Rahman Al Youha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fryderyk Awizo. That made the score 0-5 after 55 minutes of play. Fryderyk Awizo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruud van Nistelrooij in the 58th minute. José Alberto Chilavert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klement Bejgier in the 59th minute of the match. José Alberto Chilavert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. 71 minutes into the game, Ruud van Nistelrooij cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Fryderyk Awizo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zbyszko Brysz hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Ruud van Nistelrooij came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Golden Tigers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruud van Nistelrooij couldn't finish the play. Khalaf Kakoli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fryderyk Awizo came out and tried to block the shot, but Khalaf Kakoli slotted it home off the left post making it 1-8 in the 78th minute. Fryderyk Awizo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdul Rahman Al Youha, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Fryderyk Awizo came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Golden Tigers's Khalaf Kakoli. But to his dismay, Khalaf Kakoli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-9. 97 minutes into the match, RPF Grabarze Olesnica's goal looked a bit too open when Abdul Rahman Al Youha came free, but Fryderyk Awizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Golden Tigers getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Edrees Al Najdi hit a great ball. The RPF Grabarze Olesnica fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Golden Tigers were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
