But to his dismay, Júlio Brasil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Décio Vides was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 14 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE got a freekick which was hit by Décio Vides. Gláuber Mattos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Mirande in the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Chepe in the 17th minute of play forced CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Gláuber Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 minutes, Júlio Brasil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE and the La Pachorra LSF players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, La Pachorra LSF's Marciano Quintyn got control of the ball when Júlio Brasil tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th minute of the match, Júlio Brasil got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marciano Quintyn was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to La Pachorra LSF getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Julian Gau hit a great ball. Simamane LuaLua charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simamane LuaLua the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE got a freekick which was hit by Simamane LuaLua. Gláuber Mattos came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by La Pachorra LSF's Eliseo Luar. But to his dismay, Eliseo Luar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 41 minutes into the match, La Pachorra LSF's goalkeeper Marciano Quintyn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Júlio Brasil. Urbano Tano took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gláuber Mattos. Gláuber Mattos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Marciano Quintyn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Brasil, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Júlio Brasil to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Primitivo Guillem was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Pachorra LSF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE the free kick. After a rather tough play, La Pachorra LSF's Primitivo Guillem got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Marciano Quintyn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Brasil, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. A collision led to La Pachorra LSF getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Jacobo Gorri hit a great ball. Frederico Mattos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marciano Quintyn. La Pachorra LSF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marciano Quintyn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tony Dias went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 65th match minute, La Pachorra LSF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacobo Gorri to maneuver through the defense. Marciano Quintyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frederico Mattos in the 67th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Aldo Lauro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute Júlio Brasil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Quintyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Eliseo Luar scored to the left of an out of position Gláuber Mattos, making the score, 2-3. 87 minutes into the match, La Pachorra LSF's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Dias came free, but Marciano Quintyn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of La Pachorra LSF booed when CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Paulo Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Luar in the 93rd minute of play forced CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Gláuber Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
