CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frederico Mattos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mazen Vella Bonavita in the 27th minute of play forced Timmernabben FF's goalkeeper Lou Moses to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gláuber Mattos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Jeppesen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lou Moses made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mazen Vella Bonavita in the 31st minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
