In the 39th minute Ronaldo Martínez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rollo Duguid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erubiel Matthew's late challenge caught a Altermundi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erubiel Matthew helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th match minute, Furia Calamar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Matthew to maneuver through the defense. Inocente Luna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Damaso Panfilo made a huge save. 71 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Villalba came free, but Rollo Duguid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
