An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Estevez in the 6th minute of play forced Leicester Lions's goalkeeper Callum Barratt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Leicester Lions's Callum Barratt got control of the ball when Julio Aurre tried to sneak it across the goal line. Callum Barratt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Estevez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Callum Barratt successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 23 minutes into the match, Leicester Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Savier came free, but Callum Barratt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Patryk Plučinský was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leicester Lions's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SABALEPLUS the free kick. Patryk Plučinský kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ozzy Blythe in the 31st minute of play forced SABALEPLUS's goalkeeper Bernabe Hanot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernabe Hanot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Hind in the 33rd minute of the match. Leicester Lions's Callum Barratt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Ferrando in the 35th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Nunez Savier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SABALEPLUS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leicester Lions the free kick. Nunez Savier kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute Mike Wadham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernabe Hanot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernabe Hanot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralph Masters, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mike Wadham to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Luke Deveraux took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Bernabe Hanot to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, SABALEPLUS's Nunez Savier got a free kick in the 54th minute. When Gualterio Regis came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the SABALEPLUS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gualterio Regis couldn't finish the play. SABALEPLUS's Bernabe Hanot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralph Masters in the 71st minute of play. Leicester Lions's Adam Bettney was substituted for Ozzy Blythe. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by SABALEPLUS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luke Deveraux was slow to take the kick. During this time Leicester Lions's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to SABALEPLUS getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. In the 96th minute, Adam Bettney reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bernabe Hanot. The goal made the score 0-4.
