The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tomé Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Carrio in the 3rd minute of play. Carlos Carrio kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Jânio Arantes kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. When Sergio Baristo came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Silver Play 2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Baristo couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Åke Ugla during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Agua Santa getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Alan Moreira hit a great ball. In the 21st minute of the match Silver Play 2 got a corner. Agua Santa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sergio Baristo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Silver Play 2's Sergio Baristo to fire away a dangerous shot which Tomé Mota despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Silver Play 2's Åke Ugla in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Agua Santa's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Silver Play 2 getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Åke Ugla hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Aquilino Prejun successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 31 played minutes Agua Santa got a freekick which was hit by Nico Quintal. The supporters of Agua Santa booed when Silver Play 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omar Rioja didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, Carlos Carrio made a precise shot to the right of Tomé Mota. Agua Santa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 46th minute, Carlos Carrio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Agua Santa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Silver Play 2 were winning 0-1.

Silver Play 2's Marcel Dantas was substituted for Gonzalo Boren. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Blasi Cerreri to strike the kick off in the second half. Agua Santa's Tomé Mota proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Agua Santa from getting a goal against them. Tomé Mota was a little too slow when Ulises Cai got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-2. Agua Santa's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Carlos Carrio 59 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Agua Santa made a substitution. Pedro Luís Arantes replaced Murilo Fernandes. Agua Santa made a substitution. Olavo Vianna replaced Emanuel Vianna. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Cipriano Pinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agua Santa's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Pinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquilino Prejun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute, Carlos Carrio made a precise shot to the right of Tomé Mota. Agua Santa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. With an all-out effort, Silver Play 2's Tomé Mota threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Carlos Carrio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tomé Mota made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Blasi Cerreri sent off a good shot on target. Tomé Mota was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Blasi Cerreri capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Blasi Cerreri really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Olavo Vianna hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Silver Play 2 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
