Lorien Vilela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 李煜 Wu in the 4th minute of play. Jarl Vallengren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adrian Billberg having to make a save. Ignacio Donostia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lorien Vilela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Sonstorps Fotboll's goalkeeper Adrian Billberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sefa Danış. Sefa Danış struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Adrian Billberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vänge IF. Adrian Billberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarl Vallengren in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Sefa Danış made a precise shot to the right of Adrian Billberg. Sonstorps Fotboll's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Sefa Danış blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adrian Billberg having to make a save. Sefa Danış could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Adrian Billberg made a huge save. Lorien Vilela came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Sonstorps Fotboll's Ignacio Donostia. But to his dismay, Ignacio Donostia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 27th minute, 李煜 Wu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sonstorps Fotboll fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Adrian Billberg made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Sefa Danış sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute, Sefa Danış got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vänge IF's Lorien Vilela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Donostia in the 38th minute of play. Jan Hellsing's late challenge caught a Vänge IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan Hellsing helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Sonstorps Fotboll:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vänge IF:s goal. Carol Wojtyla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorien Vilela having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Sefa Danış reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adrian Billberg. The goal made the score 3-2. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Vänge IF made a substitution. Bengt Vestlund replaced Sven Caspersson. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jarl Vallengren to make the kick off. Jon Haraldsson hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Mark Dahlberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lorien Vilela. That made the score 4-3 in the 61 minute of play. A collision led to Vänge IF getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. 张雄烽 hit a great ball. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sonstorps Fotboll's goalkeeper Adrian Billberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vänge IF's Mikael Wenerdahl was substituted for Sefa Danış. Vänge IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dragomir Krachanov in the 71st minute. After 73 minutes Sonstorps Fotboll's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dragomir Krachanov who took care of the corner kick. Viktor Martinsson hit a great ball. Sonstorps Fotboll's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
