An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Armando Orange in the 3rd minute of play forced Falckner FC's goalkeeper Aureliano Herena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manoel Paraense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Armando Orange in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aureliano Herena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 16 minutes, Kamuran Zülfikar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Falckner FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kamuran Zülfikar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Victor Abechuco's late challenge caught a Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Abechuco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th minute, Victor Abechuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goalkeeper Chiquinho Guerra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kamuran Zülfikar. In the 26th minute, Mariano Santxol made a precise shot to the right of Chiquinho Guerra. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamuran Zülfikar in the 33rd minute of play forced Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goalkeeper Chiquinho Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marco Bilbo who took care of the corner kick. After a good free kick, Victor Abechuco got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ. After 36 played minutes Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Luz. Falcão Orange hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Chiquinho Guerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kamuran Zülfikar, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute of the match Falckner FC got a corner. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marco Bilbo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Kamuran Zülfikar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Chiquinho Guerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kamuran Zülfikar in the 59th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Kamuran Zülfikar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chiquinho Guerra was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamuran Zülfikar in the 69th minute of play forced Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goalkeeper Chiquinho Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Kamuran Zülfikar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Falckner FC made a substitution. Celedonio Jenaro replaced Kamuran Zülfikar. After a defensive mix-up in Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's zone, Celedonio Jenaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chiquinho Guerra came out of the goal and Celedonio Jenaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's Celedonio Jenaro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chiquinho Guerra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Falckner FC had won after a very even match.
