Mariusz Modrzewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Hök in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24thth minute of the game Pedro Luís Koffidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Cavia Pyskowice's Mariusz Modrzewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kang Xuan made in the 26th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Hans Hök immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wawrzyniec Sawicki in the 27th minute of play forced Käka Puck BK's goalkeeper Victor Sundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, FC Cavia Pyskowice's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Luís Koffidis came free, but Mariusz Modrzewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikolaj Pacholewski's late challenge caught a Käka Puck BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Börje Törnblom to make the kick off. FC Cavia Pyskowice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wawrzyniec Sawicki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
