The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Käka Puck BK's Victor Sundström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Askild Farquhar in the 3rd minute of play. Jonatan Pilblad charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonatan Pilblad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Käka Puck BK booed when Sletteenge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tøger Sporring didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Käka Puck BK fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Käka Puck BK's Pedro Luís Koffidis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 12 played minutes Sletteenge got a freekick which was hit by Tøger Sporring. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Luís Koffidis in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thorkild Plougmann saved Sletteenge from getting behind. Douglas Palmquist might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thorkild Plougmann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Douglas Palmquist ran back to his position shaking his head. 21 minutes into the match, Käka Puck BK's goal looked a bit too open when Absalon Domini came free, but Victor Sundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thorkild Plougmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börje Törnblom in the 23rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Pedro Luís Koffidis sped through Sletteenge's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thorkild Plougmann. Sletteenge's Thorkild Plougmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börje Törnblom in the 28th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Luís Koffidis in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thorkild Plougmann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 33 minutes Sletteenge's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hans Hök who took care of the corner kick. Thorkild Plougmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börje Törnblom in the 35th minute of the match. A collision led to Sletteenge getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Gustav Balkov hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luís Koffidis in the 37th minute of play forced Sletteenge's goalkeeper Thorkild Plougmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Sletteenge's goalkeeper Thorkild Plougmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikael Bengtsson. Augustus Hedstrøm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Sundström having to interfere. Sletteenge's Thorkild Plougmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börje Törnblom in the 58th minute of play. Balthazar Birksdal made in the 59th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Käka Puck BK's Kang Xuan. After a defensive mix-up in Sletteenge's zone, Mikael Bengtsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thorkild Plougmann came out of the goal and Mikael Bengtsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sletteenge's Christopher Remke managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Björn Johnsson in the 89 minute of the game. In the 90th match minute, Sletteenge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Balthazar Birksdal to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Börje Törnblom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Käka Puck BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Börje Törnblom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thorkild Plougmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Käka Puck BK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
