Abel Tabb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano Jaunti in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Jaunti in the 9th minute of play forced AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper Abel Tabb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Muc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Osasun in the 11th minute. Independiente's Amado Pacorro got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliciano Jaunti in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Tabb prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 19 minutes into the match, AFC CERBEROS's goal looked a bit too open when Feliciano Jaunti came free, but Abel Tabb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Osasun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Christian Muc made a huge save. After a rather tough play, AFC CERBEROS's Juan Artaldo got a free kick in the 28th minute. Independiente's Christian Muc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Independiente from getting a goal against them. Christian Muc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnulfo Manilan in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Independiente booed when AFC CERBEROS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Hotz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute Feliciano Jaunti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Tabb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliciano Jaunti in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abel Tabb saved AFC CERBEROS from getting behind. AFC CERBEROS's Abel Tabb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Jesco in the 37th minute of play. After 37 minutes, Arturo Jesco made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. AFC CERBEROS's Abel Tabb tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cornelio Valerio hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Amado Pacorro scored 0-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abel Tabb, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 46 minutes into the game, Jonathan Osasun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AFC CERBEROS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Independiente the free kick. AFC CERBEROS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Feliciano Jaunti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnulfo Manilan made a kick off. Amado Pacorro was extremely unlucky when he, in the 53rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The Independiente fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Independiente's Feliciano Jaunti looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee ignored Independiente's protests and gave Amado Pacorro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th minute, Amado Pacorro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute Arnulfo Manilan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Muc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliciano Jaunti succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 71st playminute. After 75 played minutes Amado Pacorro rounded AFC CERBEROS's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-7. The supporters of AFC CERBEROS booed when Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Carlomagno didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute of the match Cornelio Valerio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christian Muc skillfully saved the ball. In the 79th minute, Arturo Jesco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute of the match Juan Artaldo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christian Muc skillfully saved the ball. Abel Tabb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Pacorro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The AFC CERBEROS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Independiente's performance. The match ended with a win for Independiente.
