The referee showed Ferdinand Luca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mattias Pihlgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Kaszubowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th match minute, Oldham Athletic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Gulliksson to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Liviu Zubaşcu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mattias Pihlgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liviu Zubaşcu in the 21st minute of the match. Jan Gulliksson's late challenge caught a bullfinches's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 24thth minute of the game Liviu Zubaşcu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oldham Athletic's Mattias Pihlgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Karl-Oskar Jonsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. bullfinches's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Oskar Jonsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27thth minute of the game Adrian Pettersson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but bullfinches's Aimilios Manolas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute Oldham Athletic were awarded a corner. Valentin Jonsson went to the cornerflag to take it. Mattias Pihlgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Kaszubowski in the 30th minute of play. When bullfinches's Liviu Zubaşcu in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, bullfinches's Carter Campese got a free kick in the 52nd minute. If Fabian Kaszubowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mattias Pihlgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Liviu Zubaşcu's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. bullfinches made a substitution. Henrik Söderberg's late challenge caught a bullfinches's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henrik Söderberg helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Oldham Athletic's Mattias Pihlgren got control of the ball when Karl-Oskar Jonsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Oldham Athletic fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. bullfinches were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
