Monumento Sports's Natanael Sena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Adelsköld in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Kopparmora BK's David Magnusson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Natanael Sena narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Márcio Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Kopparmora BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Monumento Sports were winning 0-1.

Monumento Sports's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geovani Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Monumento Sports's Márcio Nunes quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gustav Landin, made in the 92nd minute of the game. The supporters of Monumento Sports booed when Kopparmora BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Axel Söderberg didn't get a good kick on the ball.
