Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nunez Arias took the kick off in the first half of the match. Waldir Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lamine Yamal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benicio Senen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Vidal in the 7th minute of the match. After 7 minutes, Nunez Arias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFC FUSION and the Barcellos Mineiro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 8 played minutes AFC FUSION got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Arias. Manuel Antunes was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 11 minutes into the match. In the 12th match minute, Barcellos Mineiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Antunes to maneuver through the defense. Waldir Peres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lamine Yamal went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 17 minutes into the game, Lamine Yamal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Waldir Peres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Waka Barcellos came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Barcellos Mineiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waka Barcellos couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute, Leonel Gonsalve hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th match minute, AFC FUSION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmelo Brais to maneuver through the defense. Waldir Peres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nunez Arias in the 26th minute of the match. Waldir Peres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lamine Yamal in the 30th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eriberto Vidal in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benicio Senen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Barcellos Mineiro FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Sebastião Silveira hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Soares came free, but Benicio Senen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leandro Soares was the one to do the kick off. After 50 played minutes Barcellos Mineiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Vidal. After 51 played minutes, AFC FUSION's Lamine Yamal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Waldir Peres came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AFC FUSION reached it. In the 53rd match minute, AFC FUSION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmelo Brais to maneuver through the defense. Waka Barcellos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benicio Senen. AFC FUSION's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by AFC FUSION's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Waka Barcellos was slow to take the kick. During this time Barcellos Mineiro FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Waka Barcellos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Benicio Senen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Eriberto Vidal got a free kick in the 59th minute. Benicio Senen came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Barcellos Mineiro FC's Eriberto Vidal. But to his dismay, Eriberto Vidal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 82nd minute, Niceto Lore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Barcellos Mineiro FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Caetano Toscano hit a great ball. In the 84th minute Lamine Yamal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the AFC FUSION defense, Leandro Soares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benicio Senen. The AFC FUSION fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benicio Senen should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Barcellos Mineiro FC were the better team. Barcellos Mineiro FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
