With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marquinhos Pena in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michal Zdeb saved FA Sandtown from getting behind. Zenon Pieknik's late challenge caught a Clube Atlético Paulista's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zenon Pieknik helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th minute, Zenon Pieknik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute, Clube Atlético Paulista's Marquinhos Pena dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. FA Sandtown's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Marquinhos Pena scored to the left of an out of position Michal Zdeb, making the score, 2-0. Michal Zdeb didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severino Soares went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Michal Zdeb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Severino Soares came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Clube Atlético Paulista fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severino Soares couldn't finish the play. Alfredinho Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Károly Tolnay in the 24th minute of play. Osmar Cardozo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Michal Zdeb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mateusz Madej fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FA Sandtown's protests and gave Mateusz Madej a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31stth minute of the game Severino Soares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FA Sandtown's Michal Zdeb was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Clube Atlético Paulista were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after FA Sandtown's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eduardo Cabral took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FA Sandtown's goalie and right to Marquinhos Pena. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. FA Sandtown's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 37 played minutes FA Sandtown got a freekick which was hit by Ryszard Gecionis. In the 39th minute, Osmar Cardozo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 43 minutes, Evaristo Gaúcho mouthed his way into the referee's book. Evaristo Gaúcho hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Michal Zdeb made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. After 57 minutes, Lucas Martínez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Clube Atlético Paulista and the FA Sandtown players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 76th minute Eduardo Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michal Zdeb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Clube Atlético Paulista booed when FA Sandtown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugon Lepper didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clube Atlético Paulista walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
