The corner ended in Romel Torrijos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FMArgentina's Honorato Ur did a great save. The crowd rose to their feet as Romel Torrijos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Honorato Ur. That made the score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Christian Quirós got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christian Quirós stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 66thth minute of the game Toro Martínez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FMArgentina's Honorato Ur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 69 minutes into the match, FMArgentina's goal looked a bit too open when Toro Martínez came free, but Honorato Ur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlando Fernandez hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. When Justino Uxio came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the FMArgentina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justino Uxio couldn't finish the play. Tiburcio Servando hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. When Romel Torrijos came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Buenaventura FC fans jumped to their feet. The supporters of Buenaventura FC booed when FMArgentina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarias Mano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Buenaventura FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romel Torrijos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Toro Martínez struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Honorato Ur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buenaventura FC.
