In the 17th minute Paavo Salmela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kong Gang Zhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute Marcus Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juha Jokiranta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chu Feng Sang kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Juha Jokiranta was a little too slow when Emanuel Jurgi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-0. 28 minutes into the match, Cremonese FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruud van Nistelrooij came free, but Kong Gang Zhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcus Batista's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Juha Jokiranta firmly grabbed it by the left post. Michael Owen charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcus Batista to strike the kick off in the second half. Juha Jokiranta came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Cremonese FC's Luizinho Arce. But to his dismay, Luizinho Arce quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paavo Salmela in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kong Gang Zhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juha Jokiranta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Jurgi in the 69th minute of play. Juha Jokiranta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Batista in the 72nd minute of the match. Yasar Bonnemain might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juha Jokiranta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yasar Bonnemain ran back to his position shaking his head. Cremonese FC made a substitution. Cezary Marchlewicz replaced Felipe Lara. The supporters of Manchester United FC booed when Cremonese FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cezary Marchlewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cremonese FC's Marcus Batista in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A collision led to Manchester United FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ruud van Nistelrooij hit a great ball. Cremonese FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
