The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Teobald Bator made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugen Spoială in the 11th minute. Adolfo Abar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbigniew Boniek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Gabriel Pacifico in the 18th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Maci -MM-'s Gigel Seremet. Nicolae Pădureanu kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Gaspar Thomas didn't quite understand what happened when in the 22 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. FC Maci -MM-'s Adolfo Abar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspar Thomas in the 24th minute of play. Adolfo Abar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonard Jajecznica's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Maci -MM-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaspar Thomas was slow to take the kick. During this time Legia Warszawa 【L】's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Gaspar Thomas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Adolfo Abar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 32nd minute Mateusz Wieteska shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Abar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugen Spoială took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teobald Bator. Teobald Bator dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Adolfo Abar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobiasz Zawaski, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Gaspar Thomas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Adolfo Abar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Eugen Spoială made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, FC Maci -MM-'s Adolfo Abar got control of the ball when Zbigniew Boniek tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th minute, Tobiasz Zawaski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Legia Warszawa 【L】 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marek Jozwiak got free with Adolfo Abar in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adolfo Abar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonard Jajecznica in the 69th minute. Adolfo Abar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobiasz Zawaski in the 70th minute of the match. FC Maci -MM-'s Adolfo Abar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobiasz Zawaski in the 72nd minute of play. Adolfo Abar was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Leonard Jajecznica capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leonard Jajecznica really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. When Eugen Spoială came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the FC Maci -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugen Spoială couldn't finish the play. Gaspar Thomas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adolfo Abar came out and tried to block the shot, but Gaspar Thomas slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 94th minute.
