After 9 minutes of play, SITIO CITY's Dimas Maciel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adolfo Abar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maurício Brandão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute Dimas Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Abar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SITIO CITY's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Armindo Carvalhal in the 18th minute. SITIO CITY's Armindo Carvalhal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Adolfo Abar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
