The audience was convinced that Ismael Ourente's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juarês de Amaral was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Giovani Fernandes hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ismael Ourente kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juarês de Amaral. That made the score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. Marcus Simões kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Juarês de Amaral successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Hermengildo Jakue blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juarês de Amaral having to make a save. In the 32nd match minute, Marquês de Herval was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Simões to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Daniel Laurendi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Marquês de Herval's Giovani Fernandes got a free kick in the 37th minute. After 38th play minutes Ismael Ourente shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Juarês de Amaral and just under the crossbar into goal. Hermengildo Jakue received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Juarês de Amaral came out and tried to block the shot, but Hermengildo Jakue slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 41st minute. Juarês de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Cuartio in the 44th minute of play. After 45 played minutes Marquês de Herval got a freekick which was hit by Giovani Fernandes. In the 46th minute Ismael Ourente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juarês de Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Juarês de Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismael Ourente. After 49 minutes of play, Club Dep. Union Madereros's Ismael Ourente made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juarês de Amaral was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcus Simões to make the kick off. Marquês de Herval's Juarês de Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Jakue in the 55th minute of play. Juarês de Amaral didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Club Dep. Union Madereros's Ismael Ourente shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 59th minute, Filomeno Salamon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juarês de Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Róbert Szepesvári successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Union Madereros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismael Ourente was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
