Franklin Vander replaced Geovânio Quirino. After 76 played minutes Reconquistense FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Joanes. Reconquistense FC's Lino Esquipula proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Reconquistense FC from getting a goal against them. In the 84th minute, Cosme Umea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Reconquistense FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 89 minutes into the match, Noroeste Paulista's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Madeo came free, but Cláudio Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Noroeste Paulista players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Reconquistense FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
