In the 29th minute Albertas Marcišauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 played minutes Hexo Utd got a freekick which was hit by Algirdas Narutavičius. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Liutauras Rimkevičius during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st match minute, Hexo Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liutauras Rimkevičius to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in AM United's zone, Algirdas Narutavičius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sérgio Magalhães came out of the goal and Algirdas Narutavičius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind AM United's goalkeeper Sérgio Magalhães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 71 minutes into the game, AM United's Hermano Gaspar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristijonas Juzonis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Algirdas Jurys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Magalhães having to interfere. Sérgio Magalhães made an important save on a dangerous shot by Algirdas Jurys in the 76th minute. After a rather tough play, Hexo Utd's Irmantas Mažvila got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 81st minute, Jarūnas Laužikas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
