The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Rapsodas Red Devils FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Trabzon Sk the free kick. In the 86th minute, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Ponce Sendin seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ponce Sendin the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Rapsodas Red Devils FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ponce Sendin had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Goran Bregović made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eddie Murphy in the 89th minute. Sinan Ateş had several of the Rapsodas Red Devils FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 90 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-4 score and a disappointed Goran Bregović as he didn't even see the shot coming. Goran Bregović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sinan Ateş in the 94th minute of the match. Real Trabzon Sk played a much better game than Rapsodas Red Devils FC and deserved their victory. The Rapsodas Red Devils FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
