After a rather tough play, Pinhote FC's Dércio Brandão got a free kick in the 4th minute. Higino Pessoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Eguen in the 6th minute of the match. Severiano Prates made a nice solo performance in the 14th minute, and after some fine dribblings he sent off a powerful shot that went into the goal just inside the left post, 1-0. Nuno Alves took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Manuel Goyeneche. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 24th minute Valentin Abalos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higino Pessoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zezé Haaland in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Zezé Haaland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pinhote FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After a rather tough play, Plebeyos's Godfredo Omero got a free kick in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Plebeyos getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Jorge Cordaryal hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the match, Plebeyos's goalkeeper Carlos Manuel Goyeneche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zezé Haaland. In the 40th minute of the match, Nuno Alves got a very nice opportunity to score, but Carlos Manuel Goyeneche was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Hermenegildo Teles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 50th minute, Daniel Nerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Alves in the 58th minute of the match. After 61 minutes, Benito Veremundo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Plebeyos and the Pinhote FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermenegildo Teles in the 65th minute of play forced Plebeyos's goalkeeper Carlos Manuel Goyeneche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Plebeyos's Carlos Manuel Goyeneche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermenegildo Teles in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Pinhote FC's Zezé Haaland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Manuel Goyeneche narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 71 minutes into the match, Pinhote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Eguen came free, but Higino Pessoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermenegildo Teles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Pinhote FC's Zezé Haaland. But to his dismay, Zezé Haaland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Plebeyos's Moises Socorro was substituted for Serafino Justin. Plebeyos's Ramiro Pietro was substituted for Julio Laurendi. Plebeyos's Constantino Garcia was substituted for Valentin Abalos. With an all-out effort, Plebeyos's Higino Pessoa threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Primitivo Eguen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pinhote FC fully deserved thier win.
