The corner led CE LAJEADENSE RS's Ye Xiang to fire away a dangerous shot which Michel Kinell despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Michel Kinell made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when He Qiang Sang sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Harald Specht put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Harry Kane. After a rather tough play, CE LAJEADENSE RS's Diguinho Berger got a free kick in the 29th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when He Qiang Sang got free with Michel Kinell in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Renan da Fonseca was the one to do the kick off. Michel Kinell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renan da Fonseca in the 65th minute of the match. CE LAJEADENSE RS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
