Carlos Manuel Goyeneche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renan da Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by CE LAJEADENSE RS's Luís Gustavo Siqueira. But to his dismay, Luís Gustavo Siqueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Avram Urducea hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Luís Gustavo Siqueira scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Manuel Goyeneche, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Plebeyos's Carlos Manuel Goyeneche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan da Fonseca in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Renan da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Manuel Goyeneche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Abalos to make the kick off. He Qiang Sang succeeded in the game's 51st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. In the 54th minute, Renan da Fonseca reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carlos Manuel Goyeneche. The goal made the score 0-6. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ye Xiang showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 59 minute of play. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan da Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. But to his dismay, Renan da Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. When the match was over CE LAJEADENSE RS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Plebeyos throughout the match.
