Bai Chao Zheng was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pau Nas Canelas's Bai Chao Zheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gav Smith in the 11th minute of play. Mikolaj Grunwalski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Avelino Tinoco in the 12th minute. Gav Smith struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Bai Chao Zheng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spartak de Txurdi. The audience was convinced that Gav Smith's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bai Chao Zheng was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Mikolaj Grunwalski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edinho Moraes in the 18th minute of the match. Pau Nas Canelas's Bai Chao Zheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liberto Merino in the 23rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Avelino Tinoco during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th minute, Avelino Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gav Smith in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bai Chao Zheng saved Pau Nas Canelas from getting behind. 41 minutes into the game, Filipe Meneses cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Bai Chao Zheng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Gav Smith sped through Pau Nas Canelas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bai Chao Zheng.

The wind increased when Edinho Moraes made the kick off in the second half. Gav Smith could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Bai Chao Zheng made a huge save. Christoph Haßelmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikolaj Grunwalski having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gav Smith in the 60th minute of play forced Pau Nas Canelas's goalkeeper Bai Chao Zheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Pau Nas Canelas's Palmiro Picasso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mikolaj Grunwalski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 72 minutes into the game, Gav Smith cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Bai Chao Zheng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edinho Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Mikolaj Grunwalski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute Gav Smith shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bai Chao Zheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, one of Spartak de Txurdi:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Lech Biraga scored 2-4 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mikolaj Grunwalski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Avelino Tinoco made in the 84th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Spartak de Txurdi's César Coelho. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Liberto Merino in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bai Chao Zheng saved Pau Nas Canelas from getting behind. Pau Nas Canelas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Liberto Merino scored to the left of an out of position Bai Chao Zheng, making the score, 2-5. In the 97th minute Liberto Merino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bai Chao Zheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Spartak de Txurdi walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
