After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Frenchville Sports Club! If Nunez Sasoin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edward Magrath made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christoph Haßelmann in the 14th minute. Edinho Moraes did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Edward Magrath 16 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Pau Nas Canelas's Montrel Blazquez got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute of the match Curtis Mckinnes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bai Chao Zheng skillfully saved the ball. In the 22nd match minute, Pau Nas Canelas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aloísio Queiroga to maneuver through the defense. Humphry Gerrard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Bai Chao Zheng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Oséas Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Magrath saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's goal looked a bit too open when Oséas Moraes came free, but Edward Magrath reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edward Magrath showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludomir Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Edward Magrath was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Ludomir Barna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ludomir Barna really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. 31 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Edward Magrath had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christoph Haßelmann. After 35 minutes of play, Pau Nas Canelas's Edinho Moraes made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edward Magrath was left in no man's land by his defense there! 41 minutes into the game, Pau Nas Canelas's Palmiro Picasso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edward Magrath made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Nunez Sasoin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pau Nas Canelas's supporters rose to their feet, but Nunez Sasoin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edward Magrath breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th minute, Palmiro Picasso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.
Bai Chao Zheng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Humphry Gerrard went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Edward Magrath took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edinho Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pau Nas Canelas were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Frenchville Sports Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lech Biraga took the corner. Ludomir Barna was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nunez Sasoin in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edward Magrath saved Frenchville Sports Club from getting behind. Edinho Moraes scored 8-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edward Magrath, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edward Magrath showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoph Haßelmann in the 71st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pau Nas Canelas's Nunez Sasoin got a free kick in the 77th minute. Bai Chao Zheng was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Curtis Mckinnes. Christoph Haßelmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edward Magrath read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Christoph Haßelmann took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edward Magrath. Edward Magrath dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-1. After some careless play in the Frenchville Sports Club defense, Edinho Moraes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edward Magrath. The Frenchville Sports Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edward Magrath should have stopped the shot. After 90 played minutes Frenchville Sports Club got a freekick which was hit by Brendan Gannan. Ludomir Barna succeeded in the game's 91st minute to get real power on a long shot . Frenchville Sports Club's Edward Magrath hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 12-1! After 94 minutes, Montrel Blazquez made it 13-1 with a short kick to the right side. Frenchville Sports Club's Edward Magrath tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Pau Nas Canelas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
