Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) ATHLETICO PRaiano's Silvinho Amorim started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Silvinho Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot. ATHLETICO PRaiano's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvinho Amorim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edward Magrath breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gugu Leme in the 9th minute of play forced Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Edward Magrath to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10thth minute of the game Silvinho Amorim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frenchville Sports Club's Edward Magrath was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th match minute, Frenchville Sports Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Earle Lingwoodock to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, ATHLETICO PRaiano's José Paulo Almeida tried to score from far away in the 13th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's goal looked a bit too open when Silvinho Amorim came free, but Edward Magrath reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Silvinho Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 22nd match minute, Frenchville Sports Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evan Millar to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes, ATHLETICO PRaiano's José Paulo Almeida shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edward Magrath came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ATHLETICO PRaiano reached it. Brendan Gannan kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Silvinho Amorim scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edward Magrath, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 31 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's goal looked a bit too open when Silvinho Amorim came free, but Edward Magrath reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gugu Leme might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edward Magrath. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gugu Leme ran back to his position shaking his head. Brendan Gannan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Iuri Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gualter Hoffmann was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 38 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the game, one of ATHLETICO PRaiano:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Brendan Gannan was the one to do the kick off. Edward Magrath showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gugu Leme in the 53rd minute of the match. Edward Magrath made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvinho Amorim in the 57th minute of play. Evan Millar hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Pedro Paulo Vidal made a precise shot to the right of Edward Magrath. Frenchville Sports Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After 71 played minutes Gugu Leme rounded Frenchville Sports Club's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. In the 76th minute, Silvinho Amorim made a precise shot to the right of Edward Magrath. Frenchville Sports Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Gugu Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Magrath having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goal looked a bit too open when Brendan Gannan came free, but Iuri Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Tróia hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Edward Magrath made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvinho Amorim in the 89th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gugu Leme during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th minute, Gugu Leme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evan Millar got his second yellow card in the match during the 96th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 96 played minutes Frenchville Sports Club got a freekick which was hit by Evan Millar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ATHLETICO PRaiano eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
