Nathan Barbot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FÊNIX F.C.'s Otávio da Mata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoine Caze in the 10th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, klide13's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Pereira came free, but Nathan Barbot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Noël Logez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The klide13 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With an all-out effort, klide13's Otávio da Mata threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Noël Logez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. FÊNIX F.C.'s Otávio da Mata proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save FÊNIX F.C. from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Waldir Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. FÊNIX F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Waldir Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nathan Barbot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nuno Pereira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nathan Barbot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Régis Azevedo in the 31st minute of play forced klide13's goalkeeper Nathan Barbot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Régis Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Barbot having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nuno Pereira in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nathan Barbot saved klide13 from getting behind. Nathan Barbot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nelsinho de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FÊNIX F.C.'s Nelsinho de Souza got a free kick in the 41st minute. With a little luck, FÊNIX F.C.'s Otávio da Mata got control of the ball when Ange Dumoutier tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eden Noë was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Nuno Pereira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nathan Barbot, 1-1. Nelsinho de Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathan Barbot having to interfere. In the 59th minute, one of FÊNIX F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FÊNIX F.C.. Ange Dumoutier placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! FÊNIX F.C.'s Otávio da Mata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evan Lyon in the 64th minute of play. Noël Logez struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Otávio da Mata didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for klide13. After 76 played minutes klide13 got a freekick which was hit by William Saint-Saëns. FÊNIX F.C.'s Gildo Lira was substituted for Rômulo Sampaio. Nelsinho de Souza charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nelsinho de Souza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute Eden Noë shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otávio da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eden Noë received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Otávio da Mata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
