Froghino's Klaus Gryc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Fărcașu in the 87th minute of play. After having played for 90 minutes, Cristian Fărcașu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scorpions -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Fărcașu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erik Lindholm during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Erik Lindholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klaus Gryc acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 96th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Cornel Giuverdea. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Froghino fans cheered their team off the field, for while Scorpions -MM- had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
