A collision led to Woopbongo getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Amir Rahmani hit a great ball. Woopbongo's Villiam Askelöf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egil Bagge in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, IFK Stockholm's goalkeeper Jan-Ove Vesterberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramon Totti. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Onofrei in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Ove Vesterberg saved IFK Stockholm from getting behind. In the 12thth minute of the game Robert Onofrei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Stockholm's Jan-Ove Vesterberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Woopbongo's Robert Onofrei slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jan-Ove Vesterberg. That made the score 2-0 after 13 minutes of play. In the 17th minute of the match, Robert Onofrei tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jan-Ove Vesterberg saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Batu Artuç hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Jan-Ove Vesterberg made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Robert Onofrei sent off a good shot on target. The throw-in from Battal Cüneyt Akova in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Woopbongo's August Strömbom. 31 minutes into the game, João Pedro Paranaense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Woopbongo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK Stockholm the free kick. IFK Stockholm's Leo Lönn was substituted for Calle Kvick. João Pedro Paranaense hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute Egil Bagge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Villiam Askelöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Onofrei in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jan-Ove Vesterberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Robert Onofrei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 39th minute, Woopbongo's Robert Onofrei dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. With his leg Jan-Ove Vesterberg managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Woopbongo's Ramon Totti fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. IFK Stockholm's Jan-Ove Vesterberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save IFK Stockholm from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lars Vik stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Ramon Totti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Woopbongo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Totti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th match minute, Woopbongo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Totti to maneuver through the defense. Woopbongo's August Strömbom managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Battal Cüneyt Akova in the 58 minute of the game. João Pedro Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. When Krzysztof Liberko fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Woopbongo's protests and gave Krzysztof Liberko a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Woopbongo's Krzysztof Liberko got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Lars Vik scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan-Ove Vesterberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jens-Åke Bank kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Jan-Ove Vesterberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Vik in the 71st minute of the match. IFK Stockholm's Jan-Ove Vesterberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Totti in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Lars Vik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Ove Vesterberg. Jan-Ove Vesterberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Totti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute Lars Vik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ove Vesterberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Lars Vik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Ove Vesterberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Totti in the 91st minute of play forced IFK Stockholm's goalkeeper Jan-Ove Vesterberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Lars Vik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Ove Vesterberg. IFK Stockholm's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars Vik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Ramon Totti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Woopbongo's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramon Totti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Ove Vesterberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
