Luiz Eger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Robert Onofrei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luiz Eger having to make a save. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Montesclarense E.C.'s goalkeeper Luiz Eger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Robert Onofrei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Eger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Robert Onofrei took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Eger. Luiz Eger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Woopbongo's attentive João Pedro Paranaense managed to snatch the ball when Marcos Figueiredo made a throw-in in the 21st minute of the game. Luiz Eger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Onofrei, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Robert Onofrei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Eger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Robert Onofrei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luiz Eger was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After a rather tough play, Montesclarense E.C.'s André Luiz Custódio got a free kick in the 29th minute. Luiz Eger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Totti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Woopbongo booed when Montesclarense E.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélder Oliveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Montesclarense E.C.'s Luiz Eger got control of the ball when Krzysztof Liberko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ramon Totti took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Eger. Luiz Eger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lars Vik made a kick off. Lars Vik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luiz Eger having to make a save. Lars Vik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Eger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Montesclarense E.C.'s Luiz Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Vik in the 57th minute of play. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Lars Vik sped through Montesclarense E.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luiz Eger. The audience was convinced that Krzysztof Liberko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luiz Eger was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Montesclarense E.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Montesclarense E.C.'s goalkeeper Luiz Eger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luiz Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krzysztof Liberko in the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Amir Rahmani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Eger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villiam Askelöf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wiliam Damião in the 92nd minute. After 93 played minutes Woopbongo got a freekick which was hit by João Pedro Paranaense. After 94 played minutes Woopbongo got a freekick which was hit by Amir Rahmani. There was no doubt that Woopbongo were the better team. Woopbongo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
