Icoara Football Club's Caetano Monteiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Icoara Football Club from getting a goal against them. 邓沙昆 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Caetano Monteiro made a huge save. In the 14th minute, 【粤】佛山黄飞鸿龙狮队's 曾常勇 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 【粤】佛山黄飞鸿龙狮队's 莫枫洋 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egídio Lucas in the 18th minute of play. Caetano Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by 邓沙昆 in the 33rd minute of play forced Icoara Football Club's goalkeeper Caetano Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Icoara Football Club's goalkeeper Caetano Monteiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 曾常勇. Fabrício Rosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. 莫枫洋 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when 曾常勇 got free with Caetano Monteiro in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The wind increased when Egídio Lucas made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, 【粤】佛山黄飞鸿龙狮队's 邓沙昆 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Caetano Monteiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 58th minute of the match, Fabrício Rosa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 莫枫洋 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Matías Ceresso charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matías Ceresso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 95 played minutes Icoara Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Matías Ceresso. When the referee ended the match the 【粤】佛山黄飞鸿龙狮队 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
