The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Rodolfo Avendaño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Egil Sølve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Palet in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gorbea Helguera in the 14th minute of play forced Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Egil Sølve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Todos al Fondo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ronaldo Palet in the 15th minute. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Holmkjar Hotspurs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ronaldo Palet was slow to take the kick. During this time Todos al Fondo's players had a chance to rest. Todos al Fondo's Agapito Payet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tonni Dong in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Vagner Vennitze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agapito Payet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes Todos al Fondo got a freekick which was hit by Renato Payet. Agapito Payet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vagner Vennitze in the 25th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Oluf Ankerbøl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Holmkjar Hotspurs's supporters rose to their feet, but Oluf Ankerbøl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agapito Payet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Egil Sølve made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronaldo Palet in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, Ronaldo Palet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Todos al Fondo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With a little luck, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Egil Sølve got control of the ball when Gorbea Helguera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Egil Sølve played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gorbea Helguera in the 43rd minute of play. Gaspard Gil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Egil Sølve tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Tonni Dong made the kick off in the second half. Egil Sølve stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gorbea Helguera's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. After a rather tough play, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Oluf Ankerbøl got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Gaspard Gil charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaspard Gil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Todos al Fondo getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Gaspard Gil hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Cordario Escamilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Holmkjar Hotspurs made a substitution. Micael Byvold replaced Holger Korst. After having played for 67 minutes, Tonni Dong managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holmkjar Hotspurs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tonni Dong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute Tonni Dong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agapito Payet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldo Palet took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Egil Sølve. Egil Sølve dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Todos al Fondo's Agapito Payet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tonni Dong in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Todos al Fondo's Gaspard Gil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Egil Sølve made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. With a little luck, Todos al Fondo's Agapito Payet got control of the ball when Kalle Bjarkmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Egil Sølve showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Palet, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. When Reinhardt Vittenbach fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Holmkjar Hotspurs's protests and gave Reinhardt Vittenbach a yellow card for diving instead. Kalle Bjarkmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the game, Tonni Dong cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Agapito Payet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Todos al Fondo had won after a very even match.
