Elbert Klerk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tonni Dong's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oluf Ankerbøl in the 23rd minute of play forced GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goalkeeper Elbert Klerk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Holmkjar Hotspurs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Teo Rozić was slow to take the kick. During this time GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s players had a chance to rest. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Egil Sølve proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Holmkjar Hotspurs from getting a goal against them. Oton Mangafić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egil Sølve having to interfere. When Leonhard Larhøj was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 32 minutes had been played. After 33 played minutes Holmkjar Hotspurs got a freekick which was hit by Leonhard Larhøj. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samuel Berghagen during the 38th minute. Egil Sølve was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tonni Dong in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elbert Klerk saved GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ from getting behind. After 71st play minutes Tonni Dong shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Elbert Klerk and just under the crossbar into goal. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Reinhardt Vittenbach was substituted for Samuel Berghagen. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Kalle Bjarkmann was substituted for Oluf Ankerbøl. The audience was convinced that Tonni Dong's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elbert Klerk was relentless in the 75th minute of the game.
