After a rather tough play, Carno FK's Saffet Şükrü got a free kick in the 4th minute. The Carno FK fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Carno FK's Menderes Mertoğlu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Batı Özbilek was a little too slow when Zygmunt Szostak got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Menderes Mertoğlu in the 14th minute of play forced Szalone Konie's goalkeeper Teofil Lanczak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Szalone Konie's Zygmunt Szostak got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Menderes Mertoğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teofil Lanczak was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Szalone Konie's goalkeeper Teofil Lanczak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Carno FK's Menderes Mertoğlu in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batı Özbilek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Carno FK were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Menderes Mertoğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 63rd minute, Menderes Mertoğlu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Teofil Lanczak, passed just outside the right post.
