Angelino Bidun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Krzysztof Cielencki having to make a save. After 19 played minutes Ivan Txeru rounded Modlau's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Radomir Dzerwucki struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Emanuel Carletti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Modlau. 26 minutes into the match, Chelsea Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Kelaino Mbappè came free, but Emanuel Carletti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 2-0 became the score in the 28th minute when Ivan Txeru elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 30th minute Ivan Txeru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krzysztof Cielencki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ivan Txeru came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Chelsea Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Txeru couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Txeru in the 38th minute of play forced Modlau's goalkeeper Krzysztof Cielencki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquilino Basualdo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Emanuel Carletti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kelaino Mbappè in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Ivan Txeru made the kick off in the second half. Ivan Txeru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Krzysztof Cielencki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Modlau's Remigiusz Huk got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Janusz Piczak kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Janusz Piczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Modlau's Teobald Glogowski was substituted for Radomir Dzerwucki. The supporters of Chelsea Football Club booed when Modlau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janusz Piczak didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute, Aquilino Basualdo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Modlau's Krzysztof Cielencki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Txeru in the 72nd minute of play. Bartolo Chesus kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Ivan Txeru might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Krzysztof Cielencki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivan Txeru ran back to his position shaking his head. Bartolo Chesus kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Chelsea Football Club's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Teobald Glogowski 94 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chelsea Football Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while Modlau had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
