Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alexandre Vale got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Cobresal's goalkeeper Patricio Mayol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benigno Jesco. After 10 minutes of play, Cobresal's Florín Sances made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joel Maciel was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the match, Garanhão do SUL's goal looked a bit too open when Xavi Thayer came free, but Joel Maciel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Alexandre Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Mayol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damian Prokowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Mayol having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cobresal's Julian Bermudo got a free kick in the 19th minute. Patricio Mayol made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Damian Prokowski sent off a good shot on target. After 26 minutes of play, Cobresal's Eriberto Pincheira made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joel Maciel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zelipe Recabarren hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 31st match minute, Garanhão do SUL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Vale to maneuver through the defense. Joel Maciel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvador Roldán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tarcísio Palha hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, Cobresal's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Garikoitz came free, but Patricio Mayol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Alexandre Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Mayol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Israel Coutinho took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Patricio Mayol. Cobresal's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Julião Valverde hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florín Sances to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Cobresal defense, Alexandre Vale kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patricio Mayol. The Cobresal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patricio Mayol should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florín Sances in the 59th minute of play forced Garanhão do SUL's goalkeeper Joel Maciel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gonçalo Lobo fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garanhão do SUL's protests and gave Gonçalo Lobo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th match minute, Garanhão do SUL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Prokowski to maneuver through the defense. Florín Sances's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Joel Maciel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cobresal's Xavi Thayer got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joel Maciel made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Florín Sances sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florín Sances in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Maciel saved Garanhão do SUL from getting behind. In the 79th minute of the match, Florín Sances got a very nice opportunity to score, but Joel Maciel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Joel Maciel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florín Sances, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 92 minutes into the game, Julião Valverde was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Garanhão do SUL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cobresal the free kick. After 92 played minutes Garanhão do SUL got a freekick which was hit by Julião Valverde. Cobresal's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
