Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alexandre Vale got the match started through his kick off. In the 8th minute Julião Valverde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Niva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 played minutes Waitakere F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Bladi. Gervasio Bladi charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gervasio Bladi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Damian Prokowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benigno Niva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damian Prokowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Waitakere F.C.'s Benigno Niva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Prokowski in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 minutes Waitakere F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tarcísio Palha who took care of the corner kick. Benigno Niva came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Garanhão do SUL's Elias Garikoitz. But to his dismay, Elias Garikoitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 30th match minute, Garanhão do SUL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Garikoitz to maneuver through the defense. Benigno Niva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Garikoitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benigno Niva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Lameirinhas in the 35th minute of play. Benigno Niva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Garikoitz in the 37th minute of play. 2-1 became the score in the 39th minute when Santo Gonchan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dalmacio Sindo during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 43 played minutes Waitakere F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Sindo. Waitakere F.C.'s Benigno Niva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Prokowski in the 44th minute of play. A collision led to Waitakere F.C. getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Lucas Langoni hit a great ball. Tarcísio Palha, 47 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eleuterio Belarmo was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Garanhão do SUL booed when Waitakere F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Gonchan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 53 played minutes Waitakere F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Sindo. Damian Prokowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Benigno Niva made a huge save. After 57 played minutes Waitakere F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Langoni. If Damian Prokowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benigno Niva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Garikoitz in the 60th minute of play. Benigno Niva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the match, Garanhão do SUL's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Gonchan came free, but Joel Maciel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Maciel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Belarmo in the 73rd minute of play. The supporters of Garanhão do SUL booed when Waitakere F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Sindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Alejo Francesco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Waitakere F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Alejo Francesco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Maciel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benigno Niva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Benigno Niva was a little too slow when Alexandre Vale got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 2-2. 91 minutes into the match, Benigno Jesco notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Waitakere F.C.'s Benigno Niva. Benigno Niva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alexandre Vale hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
